• The venue is wheelchair and pram accessible. Assistance animals are welcome.
• Guests aged 3 and under, pregnant women, guests of height less than 106 cm, or weighing over 120 kg, are not allowed on the 4DX experience.
• Guests who have undergone recent surgeries are not allowed on the 4DX experience.
• The 4DX experience is not suitable for those wearing casts or with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart, back or neck conditions, motion sickness, or sensory sensitivities.
• While your assistance animals are welcome everywhere else, they won’t be joining you for the 4D cinema.
• Facilities: Parents’ room with changing stations, breastfeeding cubicle, microwave, and play area.
• Guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
