• Dress appropriately for the weather, as the gondola ride offers panoramic views and may be exposed to outdoor conditions.

What’s not allowed

• Meals and refreshments are not included unless specified in special packages.
• Pets are not permitted, except for registered assistance animals.
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Large bags, suitcases, and bulky items are not allowed inside the gondola cabins.

Accessibility

• The experience is wheelchair accessible. Accessible facilities and staff assistance are available for guests with mobility needs.
