I got my luggage off the baggage carousel and walked out the sliding doors where the sky bus was waiting. Jumped in, stowed my luggage, got a seat and got dropped off at Southern cross station to catch the train to where I need to go. The journey takes half hour from the airport to the station, but you don't have to walk across the road or try & find where the taxis are or the uber pickup point is, which keeps changing. All at a fraction of the cost of a taxi or an Uber.

The transfer was very straightforward.
Come out of the airport terminal and you will see the SkyBus sign or in my case the red bus waiting.
Friendly driver who asked where I was stayign and suggested the best stop to get off at. Hobart city isn't that big so pretty easy to also just get off at the waterfront and walk.
