Easy and quick. Buses were frequent too. The staff were friendly and helpful. I think the cost is well worth it.

Booking was easy online, service at checkin was excellent, bus ride was well driven and comfortable and was on time! Thankyou, will definitely use again.

Pre-booking the tickets online and using the app made it quick and simple to get on board. Bus was clean and a fast trip to & from the Airport.

Sky Bus was a great economical way to transfer from the airport into the city where we were staying. The regularity of the service meant no waiting. The bus was almost full, but we would have only had 15 minutes wait for the next one if needed. It was easy to self stow our luggage in the bus. Thanks for a hassle free transfer.

Arriving the attendant was rude & unhelpful when I had a heavy bag. Flippantly told me to board on the rear door & place my luggage on the racks & to hurry up. QR code in the app isn't the qr needed to board. You need to access a PDF to gain access, support staff were rude & unhelpful. Upon return, the driver from southern cross Natalie was extremely rude, unhelpful and dismissive when I had yet again the wrong QR, drove extremely rough.

Super easy to get between the centre of Melbourne & airport. Regular schedule takes the stress out of transferring for flights.

The driver on the day was very helpful. He saw me struggling with my bag and took it on to the bus for me. Then came down and took it off for me before I had a chance to get up

I walked straight onto the bus and left within seconds. The taxi queue was still long and not movingg and i was in the city in approx 25 minutes. the bus was clean and comfortable and the pick up and drop off were seamless.

The Skybus is absolutely the easiest way to get into Melbourne. Always on time and right at the doorstep when leaving Melbourne Airport. It took me less than 45minutes to land, get off the plane and walk from Southern Cross Station into the beautiful city of Melbourne.

The staff were really polite and assisted me with my baggage. The drive was smooth and easy - the weather portrayed Melbournes beautiful skylines. What a way to view Melbourne upon first arriving into the city ❤️

Everything was SO easy and straightforward. We had tried ordering an uber and spent 25mins messing about before we gave up. This got us to town for a fraction of the cost, we were on a bus within 2mins of deciding to give it a go and it was a fast, easy, smooth process that left us knowing that with the frequency of services and ease of booking / use, we'll be using it next time for sure.

Using the head out app was very useful while travelling, however the wallet function did not work for my phone. Altogether though the app was useful.

Great transport to and from the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable buses and a bus every 10 minutes makes it easy to plan your trip.

While an airport transfer may not be the most exciting component of a holiday it is an important one for setting the stage in providing a positive introduction to a new city. As the options from Tullamarine airport are limited to road it is important that the Skybus provides a quality service which I am pleased to experience it did. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing helpful instructions and the driver delivered us in a timely manner. A very recommendable service.

Transfer / ride was absolutely fine, but I hated that I had to download an app to retrieve my ticket. Please look into updating your processes to simply email a ticket to the customer instead of requiring an app. App should be optional.

The skybus was so easy to use, we booked our ticket online at the airport in sydney before we left and literally when we walked out of the airport in melbourne, the busses were right there waiting for us. The bus ride was smooth comfortable and had free wifi. Before we knew it we were in melbourne cbd within moments walk of trams busses and trains. Highly reccomend and will definitely use again.

We are seniors. I booked with two standard return tickets with Headout not realising this service has a senior concession. From what I can see, this is available on the Skybus website but not through Headout. So, in future will book directly with Skybus and save $8 on a return tickets.

The bus was on time, ran efficently despite Melbourne traffic, and the driver drove safely without harsh acceleration and braking which often defines driving in heavy city traffic. The staff were helpful and the bus was clean inside and out.

The service is so convenient. It was so easy from the airport the the main station in the city. Hands down the best way to and from transfer from the airport.

The bus trip was fine - having to download and use headout was an added problem. Why do you need to use this third party app. Why not allow downloading of the eTickets direct from eMail or the purchase page.

Buses are clean and timely Drivers are incredible helpful - assisting those that need and providing instructions to keep the process flowing I would love to see a discount applied for return trip ticket purchases.

It was so straightforward and everyone were so helpful. I love that you had the kiosks out there - but a small suggestion. If you purchase tix online it advises to go to Tix counter 10 mins before the journey - no need because it was so seamless.

Using Skybus was a seamless transfer between Melbourne airport and Southern Cross station. No worries about traffic jams, just sitting back and enjoying a relaxing ride. Wouldn't want it any other way.

The ferry crew were excellent and the commentary along the river very informative.

The crew's assistance with me and my partner boarding on. Ashamed that the front row's window traped shut by the front door. Otherwise the service was exemplary.

Booking tickets was easy & the pier for departure was easy to find. The cruise was well organised & left on time. We enjoyed the experience immensely, although we had to move seats to avoid two neighbouring couples who were oblivious to us & speaking to each other at the tops of their voices. It was during the Aust Open season & being a warm day, the boat had quite a few tourists on board . The downside to this was that the commentary was almost inaudible. However this cruise along the Yarra to Williamstown is an awesome way to see the many beautiful office & apartment buildings & linear parklands lining the river at Southbank, Docklands, Fishermens' Bend & Williamstown. Just a fantastic way to view our beautiful city, river & environs. We intend to do it again oneday.

The ferry was cancelled due to the high tide. I am asking for the full refund of my 4 tickets,

It was half hour late leaving and there was erratic info, no seats or shade for waiting.

It was our first time taking this ferry. I was thrilled by the very nice and helpful onsite team, as well as the ferry team. It was very memorable time for me and my boy. I will definitely recommend to friends!

We were the only ones on the cruise! Great service. It arrived 15 minutes late- we were getting a bit panicky but needn't have worried. Definitely worth doing.

It was easy from booking the tickets on line to finding the departure point and boarding the ferry. The ferry crew were friendly and informative. The whole trip was lovely.

The first few minutes of the cruise from the city to Williamstown are not particularly exciting. Don’t let this fool ya. Sailing under the bridges and seeing all of Melbourne’s famous sites from the water is an amazing experience. The view of Port Philip Bay is something to die for.

The cruise was nice and informative but we did not get the two hour cruise. Due to the weather, we only were able to do a one hour cruise.

Impressive view from the 88th floor of the Eureka, you can see the whole city. A visit not to be missed by anyone passing through Melbourne. You can also buy souvenirs of your visit. I bought our tickets through Headout which allowed us immediate entry, you just have to show the QR at the entrance.
