It made our travel experience simple and enjoyable without worry for car parks or getting in long queues to wait because the sky buses were readily available after getting on line and getting the tickets. We really appreciated the services from the airport customer services to the southern cross staff and bus drivers. This has been our first time to use the sky bus in all our thirty years living in Melbourne. We learned from our adult children who just catches the bus to the airport all the time. They helped us and we loved the services so much. Thank you once again for the services that you provide to make our travel experience awesome.

Having pre-booked ticket makes it a breeze. I just hopped on, popped my luggage in the rack and headed upstairs for a pleasant ride to the airport. It's always a nice opportunity for downtime, especially with a good audiobook. The bus ride is smooth and comfortable.

I got my luggage off the baggage carousel and walked out the sliding doors where the sky bus was waiting. Jumped in, stowed my luggage, got a seat and got dropped off at Southern cross station to catch the train to where I need to go. The journey takes half hour from the airport to the station, but you don't have to walk across the road or try & find where the taxis are or the uber pickup point is, which keeps changing. All at a fraction of the cost of a taxi or an Uber.

Such an easy, stress free transfer between Tullamarine & Southern Cross Station. I would recommend this Skybus to anyone. The Southern Cross Station is central to Melbourne & within the free tram zone, so any hotel can be accessed.
