Impressive view from the 88th floor of the Eureka, you can see the whole city. A visit not to be missed by anyone passing through Melbourne. You can also buy souvenirs of your visit. I bought our tickets through Headout which allowed us immediate entry, you just have to show the QR at the entrance.

Boat skipper was knowledgeable and had a few good jokes. Lining up for ferry was a bit disorganised, lots of pushing to get on. Maybe some barriers to organise everyone into a queue would work.

Loved the VR the most. Also enjoyed the plank. I think i thought The Edge was going to be more impressive than what it was. Great staff. Enjoyed the selfie booth. We spent a couple of hours in total and really enjoyed it.

The timings saying it is closing at 8pm and we will need an ID are misleading. The Skydeck experience was excellent. The virtual voyager amazing. Cocktail in the clouds I thought must be an exclusive bar where you can sit with a good ambience but it is more like a Bar and snack counter.

Most staff were very welcoming and took time to explain the format of the visit and guide. The views and VR experience were simply awesome especially the VR team who were very helpful and put you at your ease throughout. The review would have been excellent except for the lack of interest or care from the bar staff, no explanation or help, at best we were an inconvenience. The title of the visit "cocktails in the Clouds" there was no offering of a cocktail list (I found it myself later. The only greeting was "anything except champagne" then being served by an apparently exasperated server. Thankfully the remainder of the teams were beyond excellent
